About Galactic Xtreme
Our Story
Galactic Xtreme grew out of a frustration that anyone who has owned a backyard trampoline recognizes: replacement cycles. Standard trampolines last three to five years before the mat degrades, the springs rust, and the frame develops stress fractures that compromise safety. Families spend hundreds of dollars every few years replacing equipment that should have been built to endure from the start.
Our founding team included mechanical engineers with backgrounds in structural steel fabrication. They asked a straightforward question: what if a residential trampoline used the same material specifications as commercial gymnasium equipment? The answer became the Galactic Xtreme line.
Every Galactic Xtreme frame starts with 3.0mm wall-thickness steel tubing. That measurement matters because most residential trampolines use 1.5mm to 2.0mm steel. Thinner tubing bends under repeated load cycles, which reduces bounce quality over time and creates structural failure points. At 3.0mm, the frame absorbs thousands of jump impacts per day without deformation.
The galvanization process coats every steel component twice, inside and out. This double-dip method seals the metal against moisture, salt air, UV radiation, and temperature cycling from desert heat to mountain snow. Springs receive the same treatment with an additional gold-plating layer that blocks the natural acids and oxidation that destroy standard steel coils within two to three seasons.
Our jumping mats use a proprietary weave pattern tested under accelerated aging conditions that simulate 20 to 30 years of continuous outdoor exposure. Customers in Arizona, Alaska, and coastal Florida report mats performing at original tension after years of daily use. The rectangle shape provides uniform bounce distribution across the entire surface, making each model suitable for gymnastics training, cheerleading practice, and recreational family jumping.
Based in Silverton, Colorado, we test every trampoline model at elevation and in mountain weather conditions before approving it for production. The thin air, intense UV, and freeze-thaw cycles at 9,318 feet provide a natural accelerated testing environment that few manufacturers can replicate. If a frame survives a Colorado winter, it will handle any climate in the lower 48.
Galactic Xtreme ships to all 50 states and backs every frame with a lifetime warranty. Our parts catalog includes galvanized replacement springs in four sizes and two repair kit options for mat and net maintenance. The goal remains the same as day one: build a trampoline that a family buys once.
Our Mission & Values
Safety First
Every design decision starts with the question: does this protect the jumper? From 3.0mm steel to shock-absorbing net poles, safety drives our engineering.
Built to Last
We refuse to manufacture equipment with a planned replacement cycle. Double-dipped galvanization, thicker steel, and weather-rated mats mean your trampoline outlasts the competition by decades.
Family Focused
Trampolines bring families together. Our 750lb capacity, full net enclosures, and padded poles let parents relax while kids play, train, and grow.
